I bought this necklace for a dear friend after getting one for myself, following a particularly difficult year. The quality and design is fab and she loves it, but more than that, the wonderful customer care provided when I had an issue with duty as it was going to Dublin, and the kindness and helpfulness of Stacey, just made the whole experience a joy, and reaffirms your faith in people! ... Sadly the chain very quickly broke in half after my arm got stuck in it. Anyway managed to repair it with a clamp. Overall the quality is very satisfying and the necklace is gorgeous. Shipping/delivery took a while and had to pay taxes on it so keep that in mind. Would recommend.
