What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping/delivery rates vary depending on where you are in the world, but they start at £2.95 and go up from there. Spend £70 for free UK shipping.

If you need something tracked/signed or urgently please use those options at checkout but note the special delivery option is subject to our internal lead times. Email us to check !

Who takes your photos?

I am so excited. How long do I have to wait for my purchase to arrive?

We aim to ship within 2-3 days of you placing an order. Busy periods can result in a delay, examples being new product launches, website upgrades, Black Friday, Christmas, Mother and Father’s Day time as well as International Womens Day (our favourite day!).

We use Royal Mail for most orders, and second class is 2-3 days as standard. We can’t control the mail as much as we want to, so if, after dispatch, you ain’t got your parcel within the time scales quoted, give us a few more days then drop us a line.

For Europe (this includes Ireland) please allow up to 10 working days.

For other parts of the world, allow up to 15 working days.

Customers in the USA, Canada, and Australia can be tricky and take longer. Again, there’s nothing much we can do about this. It can just mean a bit longer, but we report high success!

If duty is applicable in your country, this is not our responsibility.

But I need it now!?

Can I have a tracking number?

Sure, opt for the tracked service at check out. 

How do I know when you have sent it?

We will email you once we dispatch, notifying you that your order is winging its way to you.  These emails have a cheeky habit of finding their way into your junk and spam, so check there first.

Did you get my order?

Orders received result in an automatic email. Again, they love to hide in spam. After checking there, if you haven’t got anything from us, please get in touch.

How do I know my credit card details are safe?

Checking out gives you two options to settle your bill. Paypal and Stripe powered Shopify are both highly reputable service providers for processing card payments, and all payments are encrypted and made safe with our SSL certificate and other fancy website stuff.

My parcel never arrived!

Oh no, gutting! Please drop us an email after the time mentioned above has elapsed and we will put a smile back on your face.

I hate my order and want to return it.

Well that’s a first. Seriously though, we always want to make sure you are happy with everything you purchase from us. Most products can be returned within 30 days for a refund.

Please send your goods back maintaining proof of postage. If your return is lost in the post you will have to claim for it, and this is outside what we can help you with.

Returns should be sent with a note clearly stating your name, email address and order number. Returns must be in perfect saleable condition, obviously unworn. You don’t need to email us first: just crack on!

We no longer process exchanges so if you are wanted one its best to place a new order and send your original back for a refund.

As we are a one woman tiny business, it will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. I strongly urge you to get proof of postage and use a tracked service. We are not liable for items lost in the returns post. 

EU customers

You can now shop from our website again. Note your order will be MINUS VAT at the checkout stage. Your local mail carrier will then take the VAT locally from you. Generally in Ireland this incurs a 3.50 charge but seems to be working well. If your order is over £100 please contact us for options as this is the point where customs charges seem to kick in. 

If you refuse your order because of the VAT charge and it is returned to us, we will deduct £10 from your refund to restock and process the goods back into stock.
