What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary depending on where you are in the world, starting from £4.75. We also offer free UK shipping on orders over £60.

If you need something urgently, please email us at hello@blackandbeech.com and we’ll always do our best to help.

We offer:

  • Royal Mail Tracked
  • Next Day Delivery (UK)
  • DHL Express UK & International

For next day and express delivery, please order before 12 noon.

Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday.

We currently dispatch orders Monday–Thursday from our Cardiff warehouse.


I’m so excited. How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.

During busy periods such as:

  • New product launches
  • Black Friday
  • Christmas
  • Mother’s Day & Father’s Day
  • International Women’s Day (our favourite!)

dispatch times may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience with our small team.

Once dispatched:

  • UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes 2–3 working days
  • Europe (including Ireland): Please allow up to 10 working days
  • Rest of World: Please allow up to 15 working days

Please note that once parcels are with the courier, delays are outside of our control.


My parcel hasn’t arrived. When is it considered lost?

Unfortunately, we are unable to claim for or resend parcels until they are officially considered lost by the courier.

Timeframes are:

  • UK: 15 working days after the due date
  • EU: 20 working days after the due date
  • Rest of World: 25 working days after the due date

If your tracking has stalled, please still get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to help.


Do I need to pay customs charges or VAT?

For many countries, VAT and duties are now collected at checkout.

However, if additional customs charges are requested by your local courier or customs office, these are unfortunately outside of our control.

If you are charged unexpectedly, please pay the charge to avoid your parcel being returned to us, then email us at hello@blackandbeech.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

We get it, and we will do all we can to get it to you as quickly as possible, just email us at hello@blackandbeech.com and we’ll try our best to speed things up 


Can I have a tracking number?

Yes — your tracking number will be sent in your dispatch confirmation email.


How do I know when my order has been sent?

We’ll email you as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Sometimes these emails sneak into junk/spam folders, so it’s always worth checking there first.


Did you get my order?

You should receive an automatic order confirmation email after placing your order.

If nothing has arrived (and you’ve checked spam/junk), please get in touch.


How do I know my payment details are safe?

All payments are securely processed through trusted providers including PayPal, Stripe, and Shopify Payments.

Our website is fully SSL encrypted to keep your information safe and secure.


My parcel is showing as delivered, but I don’t have it

Oh no — first, please:

  • Check your tracking information carefully
  • Check around your property and any safe places
  • Ask neighbours or other household members
  • Review any delivery photo provided by the courier

Occasionally, parcels are marked as delivered slightly before arrival, so please allow up to 15 working days from the delivery date.

If you still can’t locate your parcel, please email us with:

  • Confirmation of your delivery address
  • A photo of the delivery location/front door if requested by the courier investigation

I made a mistake with my order

Please email us as soon as possible at hello@blackandbeech.com

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to amend it. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.


I hate my order and want to return it

Well, that’s a first.

Seriously though — we always want you to be happy with your purchase.

Most items can be returned within 30 days for a refund.

Please visit our Returns Page for full information on returns and exchanges.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — we offer free exchanges where stock is available.

Just email us at hello@blackandbeech.com and we’ll arrange it for you.


Do You Sell Pre-Order Items?

Yes — some of our products are available on pre-order. They will be marked as such on the product page.

Please make sure to check product descriptions carefully before placing your order, as estimated dispatch dates will be clearly listed on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

Need something sooner? No problem — email us at hello@blackandbeech.com and we can arrange a split delivery where possible.
