A: InPost provides secure, self-service lockers or shops where parcels are dropped off. Instead of home delivery, you can pick up your parcel at a locker when it's convenient.
Q: How long do I have to collect my parcel from a locker?
A: Once the parcel arrives at the locker, you have 3 days to collect it. After 24-hour reminder, if not collected, the parcel is returned to the sender.
Q: How do I collect my parcel?
A: You’ll receive a QR code or collection code in the email/text notification. Use that code at the locker screen — or use the InPost app to open the locker remotely.
Q: Do I need to print a label when using a locker?
A: No — InPost uses a QR or digital label approach. You can use a mobile phone screen or a printed copy.
Q: What happens if I miss the 3-day collection window?
A: The parcel will be returned to the sender. We will then contact you for next steps. You will be charged for the return costs.
