We want you to love everything you buy from us. If something isn't right, we've made it as easy as possible to return or exchange your order.

How to Return or Exchange

The quickest and easiest way to start a return or exchange is through our self-service returns portal on your order confirmation email or account page. No need to contact us first — just follow the steps and we'll take it from there.

Find your order in your confirmation email or account and click Return Items

Select the item(s) and then select the reason why you are returning it.

If you would like an exchange please let us know in the 'Notes' section, making sure to include which product and size you would like.

If you would like a refund, in the 'Note' section please let us know if you would like a refund or store credit

Pack your item securely, make sure to include our returns form . You can use our prepaid returns label (a £3 fee will be deducted from your refund) or arrange your own tracked postage — whichever you prefer.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days (minus the £3 label fee if applicable) — or dispatch your exchange free of charge if you've chosen to swap.

Our Returns Policy

Timeframe

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, and a further 16 days to send the item back once your return is approved. We approve without quibble.

Gone slightly beyond 30 days? Get in touch — hello@blackandbeech.com — we may be able to offer store credit at our discretion. 

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging with all tags still attached

  • Free from perfume, deodorant, marks or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

Swimwear

Swimwear can be returned provided it is unworn, with all tags attached and the hygiene liner fully intact and unremoved. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept swimwear returns where the hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with. This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg. 28).

Items We Can't Accept Back

For hygiene and other reasons, the following cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless they are faulty:

  • Swimwear where the hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with. Swimwear can be returned provided it is unworn, with all tags attached and the hygiene liner fully intact. This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg. 28).

  • Pierced jewellery and earrings, for hygiene reasons, once the seal or packaging has been opened.

  • Gift cards and vouchers, which are non-refundable.

  • Seconds and Sample Sale products. These are sold as-is and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Sale Items*

Sale items (other than Seconds and Sample Sale products above) are eligible for return under the same policy as full-price items 

Return Postage

We provide a prepaid returns label for all returns — just select this option in the self-service portal when you start your return.

  • Standard returns: a £3 label fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Exchanges: the return label is free — no deduction

  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: the return label is free — no deduction

Prefer to use your own postage? No problem — just send using a tracked service and retain your proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit, if the parcel is lost, you will need to claim for it directly with your shipping provider.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges — simply start your return through the self-service portal and let us know in the 'Notes' section. Tell us what you'd like instead (subject to availability). We'll provide a free prepaid returns label, and once we receive your item we'll dispatch your exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We will hold exchange items for you for 7 working days after confirming the exchange. If your items is returned outside of this timeframe we cannot guarantee the exchange and if you preferred item is out of stock by the time your return arrives, we'll process a full refund instead and let you know.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your parcel arrives damaged in transit or you've received the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — at hello@blackandbeech.com with your order number and a photo, so we can sort it out quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, and provided it meets our policy, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen your refund, please contact us at hello@blackandbeech.com.

International Orders

Returns. Please send international returns as a commercial return with all duties and taxes paid, using a tracked service. Parcels that aren't correctly declared may be held at customs, delayed or returned to you — which will hold up your refund.


Duties and taxes. Any duties and taxes paid on your original order are not refundable, as these charges are collected by your local customs authority and are outside our control.


Exchanges. We don't currently offer direct exchanges on international orders. If you'd like a different size or items


  1. Email us at hello@blackandbeech.com and we'll do our best to reserve your preferred item (subject to availability) while your return is on its way back.

  2. Return your original item to us as a commercial return, duties and taxes paid, using a tracked service.

  3. Once your return has been received and processed, we'll refund your original purchase.

  4. Place a new order for your replacement item.
