We want you to love your Black & Beech order. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read the information below before getting in touch.
Our Returns Policy
Please review our full Return & Refund Policy before submitting a return request. Key points:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
- Sale items may not be eligible for a refund — please check our Return & Refund Policy
- If you have any questions about eligibility, email us at hello@blackandbeech.com before sending anything back.
How to Return an Item
- Check your eligibility — review our Return & Refund Policy to confirm your item qualifies.
- Request your return — if you have an account, log in and go to your order history to submit a return request directly. If you checked out as a guest, email us at hello@blackandbeech.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Generate your return label — once your return is approved, visit Royal Mail's returns portal to generate and print your return label.
- Pack your item securely — include returns form inside the parcel so we can identify your return quickly.
- Post your return — drop your parcel at your nearest Royal Mail post office or collection point.
- Refund processed — once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
How to log in or create an account
To request a return or exchange through your account, you'll need to be logged in to your Black & Beech account.
Already have an account? Head to blackandbeech.com/account and enter your email address. We'll send you a one-time login link — no password needed.
New to Black & Beech? You can create an account using the email address you used to place your order. Visit blackandbeech.com/account, enter your email, and follow the link we send you. Your order history will be waiting for you once you're in.
Checked out as a guest? No problem — email us at hello@blackandbeech.comwith your order number and we'll handle your return request manually.
How to Exchange an Item
- Check eligibility — review our Return & Refund Policy to confirm your item qualifies for exchange.
- Request your exchange — start your return through your account and add “Exchange” in the notes section, including the product and size you would like instead.
- Generate your return label — once approved, generate and print your prepaid Royal Mail's returns portal
- Pack your item securely — include your completed returns form inside the parcel so we can process your exchange quickly.
- Post your return — send your original item back within 7 working days using the prepaid label. We cannot hold exchange items beyond this period.
- Exchange dispatched — once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll dispatch your replacement item
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and we’ll contact you by email if your requested item is unavailable.
