What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping/delivery rates vary depending on where you are in the world.

UK Standard Second Class shipping is £3.65 

You can upgrade your shipping at checkout should you need too.

Spend £90 for free tracked UK shipping.

If you need something tracked/signed or urgently please use those options at checkout but note the special delivery option is subject to our internal lead times. Email us to check !

Most mail is shipped with Royal Mail and is handed over to a local shipping parter, e.g. An Post

For EU based Customers

EU Shipping is a flat rate and must be tracked when over £30. This is £5 (untracked) or £10 (tracked) depending on the parcel value/weight.

You can now shop from our website again. Note your order will be MINUS VAT at the checkout stage (20% less the RRP). Your local mail carrier will then take the VAT locally from you for your local inland revenue. Generally, in Ireland, this incurs a 3.50 charge but seems to be working well. If your order is over £100 please contact us for options as this is the point where customs charges seem to kick in. 

If you refuse your order because of the VAT charge and it is returned to us, we will deduct £10 from your refund to restock and process the goods back into stock.

We are working hard to find an option where we can ship to you delivered with all duty paid, this is still very hard to do as a micro business, but we can do this ad hoc (advisable for a gift for example where you dont want the recipient to have any charges.) This means we have to use DHL as a regualr punter so its expensive, but its also very fast and seamless. Email us first for a quote.

For ROW based Customers

Orders delivered to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. This is your responsibility, however you will not being paying VAT on those orders either so will be 20% cheaper than a UK RRP.

ROW customers shipping is Tracked at £13 for small items and £25 for larger parcels.

I am so excited. How long do I have to wait for my purchase to arrive?

We aim to ship within 2-3 days of you placing an order.

Busy periods can result in a delay, examples being new product launches, website upgrades, Black Friday, Christmas, Mother and Father’s Day time as well as International Womens Day (our favourite day!).

We use Royal Mail for most orders, and second class is 2-3 days as standard. We can’t control the mail as much as we want to, so if, after dispatch, you ain’t got your parcel within the time scales quoted, give us a few more days then drop us a line.

For Europe (this includes Ireland) please allow up to 14 working days.

For other parts of the world, allow up to 18 working days.

Customers in the USA, Canada, and Australia can be tricky and take longer. Again, there’s nothing much we can do about this. It can just mean a bit longer, but we report high success! Go for the tracked options if you want that reassurance. 

If duty is applicable in your country, this is not our responsibility.

Can I have a tracking number?

Sure, opt for the tracked service at check out. 

How do I know when you have sent it?

We will email you once we dispatch, notifying you that your order is winging its way to you.  These emails have a cheeky habit of finding their way into your junk and spam, so check there first.

Did you get my order?

Orders received result in an automatic email. Again, they love to hide in spam. After checking there, if you haven’t got anything from us, please get in touch.

How do I know my credit card details are safe?

Checking out gives you two options to settle your bill. Paypal and Stripe powered Shopify are both highly reputable service providers for processing card payments, and all payments are encrypted and made safe with our SSL certificate and other fancy website stuff.
