Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days from our Cardiff warehouse.

Please note:

  • We currently dispatch orders Monday–Thursday
  • We do not usually dispatch on Fridays
  • During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, product launches, promotional periods, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and International Women’s Day, dispatch times may be slightly longer

UK Shipping

We offer a range of UK delivery options at checkout.

UK Shipping Rates

  • Free Royal Mail Tracked Shipping on orders over £60
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £4.75
  • DHL Express — from £10
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed — £11

Express & Next Day Delivery

  • DHL Express usually arrives within 1–2 working days
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed next working day for orders placed before 12 noon

Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursdays will usually be dispatched the following Monday.

  • Royal Mail Tracked — from £15.50
  • DHL Express — from £28

Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight and value at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Royal Mail: 3–7 working days
  • DHL Express: 2–3 working days

For some countries, VAT and duties are collected at checkout as part of our international shipping system.

If you are contacted by customs or your courier requesting additional payment to release your parcel, please pay the charge first to avoid the parcel being returned to us, then email us at hello@blackandbeech.com and we will help resolve the issue.

Please note that parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges can take 14–30 working days to arrive back with us.

  • DHL Express: 3–12 working days

Pre-Orders

Some of our products are available on pre-order.

Estimated dispatch dates will always be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

Need an in-stock item sooner? Email us at hello@blackandbeech.com and we can arrange a split shipment where possible.

We’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.


Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 2–3 working days
  • Europe: up to 14 working days
  • Rest of World: up to 18 working days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically purchased as a guaranteed service.

Delivery delays with postal services and customs are outside of our control.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

A parcel is considered lost after:

  • UK: 15 working days after the due date
  • EU: 20 working days after the due date
  • Rest of World: 25 working days after the due date

Unfortunately, we cannot claim for or resend missing parcels until these timeframes have passed.

If your tracking has stalled or you are concerned about your parcel, please contact us and we will always do our best to help.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent automatically in your dispatch confirmation email.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your junk or spam folder first.


Split Shipments

Occasionally we may split shipments if items are arriving separately or to avoid delays.

If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each parcel where applicable.


Customs, VAT & Duties

Depending on your country, VAT and duties may be collected at checkout.

Some countries may still charge additional customs fees or import taxes once parcels arrive in your country. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you would like the parcel resent you will need to repair the delivery charges. We will  We will then contact you when the parcel arrives with us 

Any return shipping fees or customs charges incurred may be deducted from your refund if you do not want your parcel resent .

Please note that returned international parcels can take several weeks to arrive back with us depending on customs processing times.


Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.

If you haven’t received one, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.


Payment Security

All payments are securely processed through trusted providers including PayPal, Stripe and Shopify Payments.

Our website is SSL encrypted to help keep your information safe and secure.


My Parcel Says Delivered But I Don’t Have It

Please first:

  • Check around your property and any safe places
  • Ask neighbours or other household members
  • Review the delivery photo provided by the courier where available

Occasionally parcels are marked as delivered slightly before arrival, so please allow up to 10 working days.

If your parcel still cannot be located, email us at hello@blackandbeech.com and we’ll help investigate it further.

Please note that once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, we may need to complete an investigation before a refund or replacement can be issued.
