Christmas Delivery Information – Please Read Before Ordering
We’re doing everything we can to get your orders to you in time for Christmas. Below is the most up-to-date information to help set clear expectations during this very busy period.
Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery
To ensure your order is dispatched before Royal Mail’s Christmas cut-off, please place your order by:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Royal Mail Special Delivery
10am on Friday 19th December
DHL Express
11am on Monday 22nd December for delivery before Christmas
Orders placed after these times may still be dispatched, but we can’t guarantee Christmas delivery. Delivery timings are subject to courier networks
Orders Placed Over Christmas
Any orders placed using Royal Mail during our closure period will be dispatched from 5th January.
When we return, please bear with us, we’ll be working as quickly as possible to get all outstanding orders sent out, as soon as your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking information.
If your order is urgent, please do let us know — we’ll always do our very best to help where we can.
Tracking Information
Please remember to check your email (including junk/spam folders) for your dispatch confirmation and tracking details.
Once your parcel has entered the Royal Mail system, we’re only able to see the same tracking information that you can, and unfortunately we’re unable to make changes or intervene.
Office Closure
Our office will be closed from Monday 23rd December to Monday 5th January.
Emails will not be checked during this time.
If there are any delivery issues, please know that we’ll do everything we can to resolve them as soon as we’re back.

We promise to dispatch all orders in line with Royal Mail’s Christmas guidance. Once your parcel has been handed over, delivery timings are in the hands of the courier, and delays can unfortunately happen during this busy period.
