This is the one we couldn’t find, so we made it.
Solas means light...in Irish.
Designed for women who swim in rivers, lakes and the sea, and want to feel secure, comfortable and like themselves. Not squeezed into something that was never made with them in mind.
We asked women what they really need from swimwear. Not just how it looks, but how it feels when you’re standing on a cold riverbank, getting changed quickly, or trying to enjoy the water without constantly thinking about your body.
Because for a lot of us, swimwear isn’t neutral.
It’s the adjusting.
The checking if everything’s still in place.
The feeling of not being held properly.
The awareness of your stomach, your bust, your body, the whole time.
Especially if you’ve got a larger bust.
Especially if your body has changed.
Especially if you just want to get in the water without overthinking it.
This is a supportive swimsuit designed for women who want to feel secure first, and everything else second.
Built for cold water, wild swimming, and real bodies, it gives proper support through the bust, gentle compression throughout, and enough structure to hold everything where it should be.
It's made in Carvico Vita, a premium Italian performance fabric spun from regenerated nylon, the kind reclaimed from old fishing nets and other waste pulled out of the sea. Fitting, really, for a suit you'll wear in the water. It holds its shape and its colour swim after swim, even in cold water, so it earns its place for years rather than a season.
This is our first answer to that.

Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days from our Cardiff warehouse.
Please note:
- We currently dispatch orders Monday–Thursday
- We do not usually dispatch on Fridays

Estimated dispatch dates will always be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
