Christmas Ordering

Any orders placed after the 14th at Midnight won't be processed until the 4th January.

It goes without saying that Christmas 2020 is officially online. Couriers predict 100 Million more parcels than last year in the system so we encourage you to indeed order early.

Our processing times are not as fast as big retailers and brands, we are a tiny team, working around lockdowns, childhood sniffles and at the mercy of the dreaded cough.

What you can be sure of, is our care, attention, the option of a handwritten note saying DO NOT OPEN UNTIL SANTA HAS BEEN! And the fact your supporting one woman's hair-brained dreams. We can gift wrap your goodies to be sent direct. We can write a card with a Christmas decoration so they know they are loved and missed. Know, that we really care about you and yours and that we are part of your Christmas is a real privilege we take seriously.

Cut Off Dates

I have promised myself the 18th Of December is my last working day. That means you need to make sure you have ordered before that date. Ideally 14th of December. YES, its really early, sorry about this. But I really need to take a break.

Any orders placed after the 14th at Midnight won't be processed until the 4th January.

Returns for Christmas purchases will indeed be extended into January 6th to allow for you to also relax and not have to dash to the post office.

Current Delivery times

A note of warning, customers are reporting long waits. Apparently there is an unprecedented demand on the postal service so we all need to be as patient as possible and shop early. I can not control Royal Mail, though I deeply wish I could.

Sending a gift? Why not post direct to the recipient, we can write a note and wrap it beautifully.

Want to purchase our gift wrap but wrap it yourself? Totally fine, I like to see what I have bought first too. Just leave a note at checkout to this effect.
