Christmas Deliveries & Returns

Hi Folks,

We never guarantee things for specific dates as this is beyond our control, we give suggestions of when we know we can meet the Royal Mail advertised deadlines.

Our last posting dates so we can meet Royal Mails cut off’s to arrive in time for Christmas:

Order by 16^th Dec for 2^nd class

Order by 18^th Dec for 1^st class

Anything between 18^th - 20^th needs to be special delivery to reach you in time.

RETURNS

Please follow our usual returns policy, but enjoy extended timescales to allow for gifting.

Purchases made between 20th November 2024 and 25th December 2024 can be returned up until 12th January 2025 following our extended returns policy.

Purchases made outside those dates will have 30 days to return following our usual returns policy.

**Please make sure to check your parcel as soon as it arrives with you, so if we need to fix anything we have plenty of time to get it sorted for you.
