EU Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Fridays.

During busy periods such as Black Friday and promotional launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We really appreciate your patience with our small team.

Shipping rates across Europe range from £15.50–£36 depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Accurate shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

We ship using trusted tracked services, including Royal Mail and DHL. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Where applicable, duties and taxes are charged at checkout. However, if you are contacted by customs or your courier requesting additional payment to release your parcel, please pay the charge to avoid the parcel being returned to us, and then contact us at hello@blackandbeech.com so we can resolve the issue for you.

Please note that parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges can take 14–30 working days to arrive back with us.

Please follow our standard returns policy when sending items back to us. If you would prefer an exchange instead, we’d be more than happy to arrange this for you where possible.
