I bought this necklace for a dear friend after getting one for myself, following a particularly difficult year. The quality and design is fab and she loves it, but more than that, the wonderful customer care provided when I had an issue with duty as it was going to Dublin, and the kindness and helpfulness of Stacey, just made the whole experience a joy, and reaffirms your faith in people! I will always come to Black and Beech for special gifts now!
... Sadly the chain very quickly broke in half after my arm got stuck in it. Anyway managed to repair it with a clamp. Overall the quality is very satisfying and the necklace is gorgeous. Shipping/delivery took a while and had to pay taxes on it so keep that in mind. Would recommend.
