Returns
We're sorry to hear you'd like to return your item but things don’t always work out. That’s why we’ve got our fuss-free returns process to help get things sent back to us. Please follow our usual returns policy, but enjoy extended timescales to allow for gifting.
Purchases made between 20th November 2025 and 25th December 2025 can be returned up until 12th January 2026 following our extended returns policy.
Purchases made outside those dates will have 30 days to return following our usual returns policy, please see below.
We always want to make sure you are happy with everything you purchase from us. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and a further 16 days to send the item back once we approve your return. We approve without quibble but we cannot accept items sent back months later for whatever reason. Having said that, if you have gone beyond 30 days do reach out, we may be able to offer store credit at our discretion.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must include your name, address, email, and order number if you have it so we can tally the package with your order.
Please send your goods back maintaining proof of postage. If your return is lost in the post you will have to claim for it, and this is outside what we can help you with.

International Returns
For international returns, it’s really important that the parcel is sent as a commercial return with all duties and taxes paid. If this isn’t done, the parcel may be held at customs and could be significantly delayed — or even sent back to you — which would hold up the return and refund process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are a challenge as we don't hold a lot of stock and the item can be out by the time you send a return to us.

International Exchanges
We would be more than happy to help you with your exchange, simply email us at hello@blackandbeech.com. and let us know what you would like to exchange your item for. Please note exchanges will be subject to stock availability
The process for international exchanges, is a little different due to duties and taxes.
You’ll return the original item to us, and once it arrives you’ll place a new order for the item you’d like instead. We’ll then refund you for the cost of the original item and its shipping. Just to note, duties and taxes from the original order aren’t refundable, as these are collected by your local customs office.
If you let me know which item you’d like to exchange for, I can reserve it for you right away.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
