Returns

We always want to make sure you are happy with everything you purchase from us. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and a further 16 days to send the item back once we approve your return. We approve without quibble but we cannot accept items sent back months later for whatever reason. Having said that, if you have gone beyond 30 days do reach out, we may be able to offer store credit at our discretion.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must include your name, address, email, and order number if you have it so we can tally the package with your order. 

Please send your goods back maintaining proof of postage. If your return is lost in the post you will have to claim for it, and this is outside what we can help you with.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges

We would be more than happy to help you with your exchange, simply email us at  hello@blackandbeech.com and let us know what you would like to exchange your item for. Please note exchanges will be subject to stock availability.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are a challenge as we don't hold a lot of stock and the item can be out by the time you send a return to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
